CAMERAS/VIDEO RECORDERS Hand-held video and non-professional still cameras may be brought into Peoria Sports Complex, provided they are intended for personal use and do not obstruct other Guests’ view. The recording of any game action is strictly prohibited as mandated by Major League Baseball.

CATERING Food service at Peoria Sports Complex is managed by Professional Sports Catering and group catering must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. For more information on group catering opportunities, call (623) 773-8700.

CELL PHONES The use of cellular phones and pagers is permitted providing their use does not interfere with other Guests’ enjoyment of the game.

CHARITY GAME The Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres are the game opponents with all proceeds benefitting the Peoria Diamond Club and its charitable grant fund. It is typically held at the beginning of the spring training season.

CHILD ADMISSION Children aged three and older are required to have a ticket for admission and to sit in their designated seat. Children two and under are admitted free, but are required to sit on an adult’s lap.

CLEANING Cleaning services are provided throughout Peoria Stadium. ISS is the cleaning contractor.

CLUB Sections 305, 306, 307 and 308 are Club seating. Limited accessible seating is available, as is elevator access. Amenities include shade, padded seats and food service.

CREDIT CARD POLICY Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted at the Ticket Office, Team Store and concession stands (may not include specialty vendors) during spring training.

CODE OF CONDUCT No one is allowed on the stadium field at any time without proper credentials. If anyone enters onto the field without proper credentials, he/she will be immediately ejected from Peoria Stadium without a refund. The same ejection rule applies at Practice Fields. Anyone using obscene or abusive language or causing any type of discomfort to Guests around them will be asked by Peoria Sports Complex to cease this conduct. If the offensive conduct persists, those involved will be subject to ejection from the ballpark without a refund.

COLONNADE The only large interior air-conditioned group area in Peoria Stadium, the Colonnade is located on the third base concourse. Guests seeking more information or to book a group can call (623) 773-8700.

COMPLIMENTS & CONCERNS Peoria Sports Complex values feedback from Guests. Compliments or concerns may be expressed in person at Guest Services located near the Team Store or via email at sportscomplex@peoriaaz.gov.

COMPLEX CASH Groups may opt to purchase Complex Cash in increments of $5 value which may be used at any concession stand. Guests seeking more information can call (623) 773-8700.

CONCESSIONS Food service options are located throughout Peoria Stadium. Professional Sports Catering is the concessionaire.

COOLERS Hard-sided coolers are prohibited in Peoria Stadium. Soft insulated bags/coolers that are no larger than 16 inches high, 16 inches wide and 8 inches deep are permitted, but are subject to inspection. Coolers are permitted at Practice Fields.

COURTESY SHUTTLES Peoria Sports Complex operates complimentary courtesy shuttle service to and from the parking lots to the entry gates. There are not designated pickup or dropoff stations, however, Guests requesting shuttle service may contact the nearest Team Member for assistance.
